How do the products come packed?
All beds and coops are DIY and come in a flat pack box.
If I have missing or damaged parts, what do I do?
If you have missing or damaged parts, contact customer service on 1300 109 562 and we can send out replacements. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or receipt, and photos of the damaged part/s (if applicable).
Do the beds come with a base?
No, the Organic Garden Co raised garden beds do not come with a base.
How do I fill the beds?
To fill your beds, we recommend first placing a layer of cardboard (this is a great way to dispose of the box the beds come in), followed by layers of organic matter (such as palm fronds, branches, etc.), and top off with quality soil. Be sure to only fill soil within a couple of inches from the top to avoid over filling.
I’ve just placed an order, how long until it arrives?
For garden beds, allow up to 10 working days for dispatch and up to 10 working days for delivery.
For chicken coops, allow up to 20 working days for dispatch and up to 10 working days for delivery.
Will I need any tools to assemble?
Thanks to the SNAPTiTE assembly system, there are no tools or screws required! This excludes the extra high beds and chicken coops.
Where are the beds made?
All beds and chicken coops are proudly Australian Made in our Brisbane factory.
Where can I buy Organic Garden Co raised garden beds and chicken coops?
Organic Garden Co raised garden beds and chicken coops can be purchased directly through out site, or through your local Bunnings Warehouse or Mitre10. Stock may vary.
